Job Summary:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking dependable and experienced Assembly/Warehouse Workers to support our clients across the Metro Detroit area. These roles vary in schedule, location, and pay depending on client needs. This is a general application for upcoming and current openings. If you have experience in warehouse operations or assembly work, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components or products according to specifications
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
  • Perform quality checks and inspections on finished goods
  • Package, label, and prepare items for shipment
  • Load and unload materials and products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
